This form can be obtained at the Administrative Office at 410 Court Street or at the Security Office located off the courtyard on the south side of Hudson House.

Cameras
We have cameras at all our sites. We limit access to our camera system for the privacy of our residents. We share camera footage only when we receive notice from local law enforcement about a criminal complaint or if we receive a subpoena from the courts. Otherwise, camera footage is reviewed and maintained within our Security Department.
Screening Of Applicants
All applicants are screened for a criminal background. A local background check and review of LEADS (Law Enforcement Automated Data System) is conducted. Based upon these findings, fingerprinting may be needed. This is done onsite and through the FBI/BCI. All results are submitted to a 3-person panel for review. We have a five year look back period which does not include incarceration. Applicants may appeal any denial which is heard by our Hearing Officer.
